Suicide Silence Baltimore Concert reviews
Appetizer and Main Course Delicious
Explosions in the Sky, the first course, filled the amphitheater with textures and sounds that would accompany the clashing of Titans. Their setlist traverses their dynamic range as does a single piece. Transported into your deepest memories and your farthest future while listening to Explosions. A very different but just as enjoyable experience is seeing them at a slight distance, at an open air venue, and watching the stars as they played, close up in an intimate setting.
Suicide Silence served as the Main Course and Desert with a cherry on top. The show provided highs and lows, playing across the span of their career. The feeling of the show was light and genuine, with shout outs to absent friends, complimenting the crowd, and pulling through a song with an ill-tuned guitar. Suicide Silence did not disappoint, returning to the stage for a 4 song encore after a full-hearted set.
Using lighted panels, simple and effective stage design - Great Venue.
THANKS SUICIDE SILENCE (BEN, NICK CHRIS, JASON) AND EXPLOSIONS (MUNAF, MARK MICHAEL, CHRIS)!
